Important

All communication will be going in Discord
I send WIP and updates no later than three days, I will inform you in case if I need more time
Time of creating illustrations depends on quantity of illustrations and request, usually it take 15-40 days
Before starting commission you confirm that you agree and have read rules and terms of service
By starting commission, you agree that you and characters, with which we will make illustrations, have a more 18 year old age

How it works

To create illustrations with characters, I use 3D software. Below I have described all stages of creating illustration result:1. Recreation / Editing character - first step include prepairing full character look, creating outfit, which will be used in illustration2. Scene prepairing - second step include working on character's pose and background / location for illustration, which depends on idea and request3. Rendering and Post-process - two last steps in creating illustration, where I make adjustments, fixes and improvements of effects, character appearance by hand drawing, final result it's not just a renderImportant: during creation of all stages, I will show you WIP and it'll allow make adjustments and revisions before rendering stage, in case if you would like to make it. There is no set number of revisions, but I will not do too many revisions, I will warn you about this during process if it'll be

Commitments

Creating high quality illustration with idea, recreation a high quality character for illustration and editing appearance, outfit and look, which depends on idea and request of commission
Support during creation, showing result, progress of creating, explaining what we are doing and on what stage we are, what we need to do for achieve a best final result
Transfer of unique archive with final illustration

Before starting commission you confirm that you agree and have read rules, restrictions, which written on site
By starting commission, you agree that you and characters, with which we will make illustration, have a more 18 year old age
When creating a commission, I do not have a strict schedule of what time I should creating, but this does not relieve me of commitment to make a result
I have opportunity to make releases on my social media and create my illustrations, only in case if it does not interfere and don't stop creation process in frames of commission
If communication has a rude, inappropriate or offensive context and attitude, I have right to make a warning. In case if warnings are failed, I have right to freeze or stop commission until resolving situation
After completing commission, I do not have commitments to make release of illustration on my social media and site, this right will remains entirely with me (Commissions, which have a private status, cannot be released)
In case, if commission have a public status, illustration can be a released on my social media, if you want keep illustration private, please write to me about it in advance (Private status)
If you want stay as Anonymous and don't reveal a nickname in illustration releases, please write to me in advance about it (The cost will not change)
Number of revisions and changes of details during creation process don't have a limit, but don't change ideas too often and too much - this can affect to time of creating commission and final illustration, also I can request additional payment, if revision will have a lot of additional work, which will require a lot of time
Once commission is paid, refunds cannot be possible
Number of characters in one illustration cannot be more than 4
Unique poses, which will be used for one character in additional illustration, in commission cannot be more than 3 (Don't applied to Alternate Versions)
When sending an archive with final files, I don't have commitment to store archive indefinitely. The purpose of the archive is to transfer final illustration and results for subsequent convenient download to devices
Commission cost cannot be lower than 150$

Models

Recreation and editing of character is only for using character in illustrations
Model cannot be transferred for the following reasons:

I specialize in creating illustrations with characters, not in creating and packing models for personal or commercial use
Model don't will have opportunity to be improved and support of model will be impossible, in case if model will be transferred and will be used in another workflow
I cannot guarantee correct work of model after you receive it, so I don't will transfer model, which will work uncorrect in another workflow

Notes

Recreation of OC - To use a character to create an illustration, I will recreate your character in 3D. It's one-time payment and in future commissions, you will not need to pay again for use and update character for new illustrations

Recreation of OC feature do not require, if I have created any character in my own illustrations or we have already created illustrations with your OC for example

No division of cost for fullbody, halfbody, portrait

I accept only full prepayment of commission cost

I can request additional payment, in case if commission request will have complex outfit, a lot accessories, please DM me for discuss details more

Q: I'll be able to get a full character model after creating everything with receive final archive too?
A: Character can be created, updated and used only for creating illustrations. You can found more information about topic in Terms of Service section

Q: In which resolution I will receive a final illustration?
A: Illustrations resolution will start from 4000 pixels

Q: Are you able to make refund?
A: Will not be possible to return funds after payment

Q: I have a approximate idea for illustration, but don't have ideas for poses and outfit, can you help me find ideas for these details in during process?
A: Of course! Also if you have ideas for all the details, I can share my ideas and options too, if you don't will mind

Q: I need a design for my social media, featuring my OC. In addition to creating illustration with my character, will be possible to make design, which will include my character?
A: Sure! It will be possible to discuss it and price may change depending on amount of work that needs to be done

Q: Is there a price division for fullbody, halfbody and portrait illustration?
A: No! Cost of creating illustration will not change

Q: Will be a extra charge for editing character or adding details during process?
A: Editing character, look, outfit and adding details don't will include a extra charge, but if we will switch ideas many times, make a lot revisions, I can request additional payment

Q: What included in basic price 150$?
A: Basic price of creating illustration includes: editing of character depending on request and idea, creating a pose, outfit and background for future illustration and creating illustration itself

Q: What means a "Private Status"?
A: By purchase a private status option, you will have a private rights on project, I cannot make release of illustration, share and mention it anywhere

Q: What is that "Alternate Version"?
A: Alternate version of illustration means alternate look of character in illustration, for example it can be another outfit details or edited appearance, but pose, background and lighthing still going same

Q: What means a "Additional illustration"?
A: It means a creating additional illustration with different pose, background and lighthing, but theme and main idea of commission still going same

Q: What I will receive, if I will purchase a "Recreation of Original Character"?
A: By purchase this option, I will recreate your OC or character from videogames or universe in 3D and will create illustration with character. I will show results of recreation and you'll be able to change, add any details in appearance of character, it will be a convenient and flexible way see character from another side and make into illustration. In future commissions don't will need any payment for changing details for character
